Something not working?

My review hasn't appeared

Every review is screened before it goes public, so there is a gap between submitting and seeing it on the product. If it has been more than a couple of days, write to us with the product name and we will find it.

I can't sign in, or I forgot my password

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. We email you a six-digit code — not a link — and it expires after 15 minutes. Check your spam folder; if nothing arrives, ask us and we will check whether the mail left our side.

If you originally signed up with Apple or Google, there is no password to reset — use the same button you used the first time.

I want to delete my account

Email info@kumpairs.com from the address on your account and we will delete it.

Your reviews stay published but are detached from you — no name, no link back to your account. If you want a specific review removed as well, say so in the same message. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

A price looks wrong

Prices are the ones the retailer had listed when we last read their catalogue, and they go out of date — a shop can change a price any time without telling anyone. Always check the price on the retailer's own page before you buy. The figure in Kumpairs is a guide to what to compare, not an offer.

Tell us when one looks wrong and we will re-read that listing.

A product is in the wrong category

It happens — an accessory sometimes gets filed under the device it attaches to. Send us the product name and we will move it.

My video review won't upload

Usually this is a session that has expired mid-recording. Sign out, sign back in, and try again on a strong connection. If it still fails, tell us roughly when you tried so we can match it to our logs.

Can you add a shop, a product, or a category?

Yes, and we want to hear it. Which retailer, or which product you were looking for and couldn't find — that is the single most useful message you can send us.
